TiAlN-coated surface

TIALN is a new multi-layer anti-wear coating. The saw blades treated with multi-layer PVD coating have a very low friction coefficient. The surface hardness is about 3000-3300HV, friction coefficient: 0.35, oxidation temperature: At 450ºC, the blades provide a very smooth cutting surface and are more resistant to wear. It is recommended to cut materials with high cutting and feed speeds and tensile strength over 800 N/mm2, such as stainless steel, for use in particularly harsh working conditions.
Titanium aluminum nitride coating (superA coating) ALTIN is A new multilayer composite anti-wear coating. The thickness of this coating is 2-4 microns. The surface hardness is 3500HV and the friction coefficient is 3500HV. 0.4. The cutting temperature is lower than 900ºC. Titanium nitride carbon coating (bronze) TICN This is a coating suitable for more demanding wear resistance requirements. Recommended for cutting materials with tensile strength over 800 N/mm2. The coating thickness is 3 microns, the friction coefficient is 0.45, the oxidation temperature is 875ºC, and the surface hardness is about 3300-3500HV. Suitable for cutting high strength steel such as stainless steel, can also be used for cutting soft materials such as cast iron, aluminum alloy, brass and copper, etc., due to its low coefficient of friction and low thermal conductivity, especially suitable for high speed and high temperature dry cutting.
